This product is used for in vitro qualitative detection of the antigen of novel coronavirus in oropharyngeal swab or nasopharyngeal swab specimens in vitro.

1. Put the swab specimen into the extraction buffer tube. Press the tip against the edge of extraction tube with force, while rotating it around tube for 15 seconds.
2. Pinch the extraction tube against the swab as you remove it. Make sure you remove all liquid from the soft tip and the swab.
3. Press the cap tightly on to the extraction tube to avoid any leaks.
4. Add 2 drops (around 75μL) into each sample hole of the test card.
5. Read the results at 15-20 minutes.
